Happy Summer?
I apologize that I haven't posted a real post in some time. My creative writing juices are not flowin'. Okay, that sounded kind of gross. Anyway, I only have the energy for a hodge podge photo gallery. Hope you look through them all :-) You'll know why I questionably say Happy Summer with the last pic that shows what we're up to today.
I saw the Sex and the City movie yesterday. It was so great. I know it's not up everyone's alley and certainly had some short risque scenes (which is why it's rated R), but it really is a movie about amazing friendship and the strong bond between the 4 women. I loved seeing it with a great girlfriend. It may have helped that we had both watched the series and felt like we truly knew the characters. They do a little background in the beginning of the movie for those who are not familiar with the series though. The writing is so funny and I just loved it. The ending was perfect :-)

I finally got these pictures to work! I love your hair. I would give anything for my hair to do that smooth wave thing!! I hope Alex starts feeling better really, really, really soon. I'm so sorry.Angela - Tue June 3, 2008, 2:11 pm
Hey Amy ~~ Love the new hairstyle!Sorry about Alex being sick. It is certainly no fun. Not sure if this will help ~~ a couple things we do with Ella if she is not wanting to take her meds is either bribe her with a sucker or special treat or make it into a contest. I will starting counting and we see if she can take her meds before I get to 10. She loves the competition.
I would love to see the Sex and the City movie. Glad to hear you liked it and it is worth seeing.
Hugs ~~ A

WOW! What a change:-) I can't wait to see it in person...and POOR ALex (and Parents)...TJ had pneumonia last year an dI was like What? How? He was miserable so I feel for you. Between our sickies will we ever see each other again? A little dramatic maybe??? What did you think about the LOST finale??? OMGoodness! WOW! The pics of your neice and nephew are great! I loved this picture post again;-) Maybe we can just ditch the boys and go out by ourselves-water walking maybe? Keep us posted about Alex;-)Amy - Mon June 2, 2008, 10:17 pm
Oh no! I am so sorry that Alex is sick. We have been battling strep infections here for three weeks. My nephew started running a high temp like that too this past week. I hope Alex takes his medicine better. Emily spit and gagged hers at me the first few times, but as she got better, she was a little more willing. Strong willed child that she is.I am praying for a swift recovery!
PS-Your hair looks AWESOME!

I agree, the pictures of your hair didn't do it justice. I loved it when I saw it Sunday. Thanks again to you and then MIKE for watching the kids for a bit Sunday. They said they had fun! :))Bounce Town....I hadn't heard of that place. Where is it at? Can adults go on them too??
Poor Alex, he's had a rough couple of months! Thinking of him. Get well buddy!
